Very competitive prices and not part of a larger group of businesses (which keep prices to their advantage). Also the business owned by a local family which is important to us.
Very personal service that from the first visit demonstrated a clear (not pushy) understanding of their profession, our needs and the best and most cost efficient way to give us a high level of protection. The young men who installed our comprehensive alarm system with added home safety gadgets, were great! They were well trained, tidy, polite and happy to go through the smaller details which gave us a lot of control over the look of the changes to the house. This resulted in us being very happy with the result. The house is old and immaculately decorated, so we had some concerns about aesthetics, which meant I had put off looking for a company so a couple of years. So happy I didn’t follow through with the home visits from other companies. Finding NPG saved us money and left the house l looking great. Nice guys as well! I whole heartedly recommend. They need to make more of their security capabilities and NSI accreditations, and finally we would have liked to have left them a Trustpilot review.

Superb service from Darren and James on our recent fire extinguisher service, both polite and efficient and a credit to the company. NPG Fire Safety Ltd took over our fire extinguisher servicing after the previous company we were using failed to deliver a comprehensive service. I can’t thank them enough for their quick response, professional approach and assistance getting our workshop up to standard and rectifying the issues the previous company had failed to address. On top of the great staff and service they are competitive on price, no hidden add on’s that we had previously experienced. NPG recently linked all of our fire alarm systems and completed a service for us. Competetive on price. booking was easy. Lee came out to site and did a fantastic job sorting the system out. explained exactly what they were doing and how then spend the time to run our firemarshal team through the full testing process. He then came back the week after for to adjust the system and did another demo for the team off his own back. Great service from start to finish
NPG offer a fantastic service that takes away all the hassle of fire safety across your business. They are quick to respond and are incredibly reliable and competent. We use them for weekly and annual fire safety checks in holiday let apartments in Cumbria and an office facility in Leeds.
